Shore Drive Remodel

This was facelift renovation turned complete remodel. This property was on the market 'as is', with no offers, when it suffered some unfortunate water damage. Rather than simply remediate the damage, the owner opted to completely remodel the whole home, reconfiguring floor plans, upgrading finishes and expanding windows to take advantage of the panoramic Bedford Basin views. I was the designer and project manager on this job, coordinating trades, working with the contractor directly, and selecting and procuring all fixtures, flooring, tile, doors, windows, etc. The client was a lender who had foreclosed on the property several months prior. Shout out to Cabinet Central for the kitchen cabinets and quartz, Floors Plus on the upper level flooring installation, Vintage Flooring on the tile and hardwood install, and CP Stairmasters for the stellar job on replacing the two sets of stairs.
